The Frankfort Water Works has issued a scheduled water outage Tuesday morning due to construction on State Road 28 East. Customers will be notified with a cast hangar.
Outage as follows: East Walnut between Williams Road and Young Street, and South Young Street between East Clinton Street and East Wabash Street.
