It’s that time of year again where Center Township, Healthy Communities and United Way for Clinton County partner with our community to ask for school supplies to be donated for the National Night Out. Our goal this year is to fill 500 backpacks for our community which provides children with the supplies needed for school. Each year this event has grown and this year our goal is to fill 500 back packs for Pre-K through 12th Grade. This drive supports all four county schools (Clinton Central, Clinton Prairie, Frankfort, and Rossville), The Crossings and Frankfort Christian Academy.
NATIONAL NIGHT OUT August 1st

6:00 – 8:00 p.m.
If you want to be a part of this program, we will collect the supplies from July 10th – July 21st. All donations should be delivered to Center Township at 250 Alhambra Avenue, Frankfort, IN by the 21st of July. This program only works because of your support. The last three years has been very successful because of companies and individuals like yourselves.
Last year we made 400 backpacks with a little over 30 volunteers in about an hour and a half. This year we will put the 500 bags together on August 1st from 10:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m. at the Prairie Creek Event Center. If you would like to volunteer, please email me at [email protected].
Also, if you know what you will be donating, could you me the list below of what you will be donating? We do this so if we are running short on a certain school supply we can ask donors for those specific items. Other questions that I receive are can we order and have the supplies sent to you?
