Shannon M. Shelley, 54, of Kokomo, passed away on July 24, 2026 at Community Howard Hospital in Kokomo, IN. He was born August 6, 1971 in Honolulu, Hawaii to Michael Shelley and Pamela L. Palmore.
Shannon was a 1992 graduate of Frankfort High School. He worked a number of years as an associate at Kramer Lumber Co. in Frankfort.
Surviving are aunts Patti Beard and Peggy Adkins, both of Frankfort, IN.
He was preceded in death by his mother, Pamela and his grandparents.
