The Clinton County Sheriff’s Office announced that State Road 28 has been closed in Clinton County at County Road 1300 East for a serious crash as of 12:10 p.m. today, Nov. 16.
Drivers are instructed to seek an alternate route around the closure.
No further information has been released regarding the crash or expected time of reopening as of 12:12 p.m.
