The Town of Zionsville announced that due to recent weather setbacks as a result of the storms last weekend, paving will begin this Friday as flaggers are expected to aid in the control of traffic during the construction.
The town stated that Midwest Paving will begin work on East Sycamore Street this Friday, Oct. 4 from Elm Street East to US 421. Once the work is complete on Sycamore Street, paving will begin immediately in the Village.
Drivers have been reminded to exercise increased caution in the area as flaggers will be present and lane closures will be necessary. Drivers have been encouraged to seek an alternate route around the construction if possible.
