The Caring Center in Boone County has requested community members to consider volunteering for the holiday season by helping to distribute meals and help local people shop for their teens.
The dates for the Teen Giving Tree volunteers have been set for Monday, Dec. 16 from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. and Tuesday, Dec. 17 from 1 p.m. to 5 p.m.
The dates for the Holiday Meal Distribution has been set for Wednesday, Dec. 18 from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m., Thursday, Dec. 19 from 12 p.m. to 5 p.m., Friday, Dec. 20 from 12 p.m. to 5 p.m. and Monday, Dec. 23 from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m.
