At approximately 8:30 a.m. Thursday, a search warrant was executed at 1701 N. Morrison St. under the direction of the Sheriff’s Task Force Unit by members of the Sheriff’s Office SWAT team.
During the execution of the warrant, the following items were seized by investigators as evidence:
• Black magnetic box containing (2) plastic bags, item (1) containing crystal like substance (56.8g), and item (2) containing crystal like substance (25.3g), FTP for Methamphetamine
• Multiple plastic bags containing crystal like substance, Approx. (39.7g) total weight, FTP for Methamphetamine
• Bag containing crystal like substance (5.7g), FTP for Methamphetamine
• Small plastic bag containing off-white powder (.4g), FTP Methamphetamine
• (32.6g) total weight of green plant like material, FTP for Marijuana
• Green plant like material (18g), FTP for Marijuana
• (2) bags containing green plant like material, total weight (11g), FTP for Marijuana
• (20.2g) unknown powder substance located inside unmarked pill bottle
• (152) dosage units of Sudafed (main ingredient for manufacturing Methamphetamine)
• (2) round blue pills marked “M” on one side and “30” on the other, which is commonly found to be Fentanyl
• (84) yellow pills, identified as Gabapentin
• (2) orange tablets and (3) partial) tablets marked “54375”
• (1) orange tablet marked (E over 401)
• Multiple smoking devices w/residue
• Multiple scales & bagging materials
• Several phones, recording devices, cash books, US currency and various other items.
As a result, the following subjects were arrested and booked into the Howard County Jail without bond on the following charges:

• 35-48-4-1.1 Dealing Methamphetamine Level 2
• 35-45-1-5(c) Maintaining Common Nuisance Level 6
• 35-48-4-7 Poss. Controlled Substance A Misd.
• 35-48-4-11(a) Poss. Marijuana B Misd.
