Just after 4:30pm on July 1, 2025 crews from Station 12 were alerted to a personal injury Accident in the area of US 52 and County Road 880 West. Initial information from dispatch reported that it was a rollover accident involving an ambulance. As crews were responding, additional information came in stating all parties were still inside the vehicle. Rescue 125, Ambulance 120 and Engine 122 made the response. Upon arrival of crews, it was discovered that, there were three patients in the ambulance. Crews assisted in getting the patients out of the truck and provided patient care prior to the arrival of additional units.
US52 northbound remained closed during the incident.
