Vehicle Theft Suspects Arrested

Information Provided by The Whitestown Metropolitan Police Department

On Tuesday, September 16, at 3:56 AM, Whitestown Metropolitan Police Department
(WMPD) responded to reports of vehicle break-ins in the Walker Farms subdivision.
Officers quickly located and apprehended one of the suspects, and a perimeter was
established to locate a second individual. At 8:19 AM, the second suspect was
successfully taken into custody. This coordinated response involved multiple Boone
County law enforcement agencies and was timed to ensure the safety of residents during
school bus pickups.

The following individuals were arrested and are being held at the Boone County Jail
pending preliminary charges:

Shawn St. Fleur

• Shawn St. Fleur (20/M) of Whitestown, IN: Theft of a Firearm (Level 5 Felony), Felon in
Possession of a Firearm (Level 5 Felony), Theft (Level 6 Felony), Unauthorized Entry of
a Motor Vehicle (A-Misdemeanor), Resisting Law Enforcement (A-Misdemeanor)

Judas Toutout

• Judas Toutoute (19/M) of Whitestown, IN: Theft (Level 6 Felony), Unauthorized Entry
of a Motor Vehicle (A-Misdemeanor), Resisting Law Enforcement (A-Misdemeanor)

thefts that occurred in other Whitestown neighborhoods. This investigative work also led
to the identification and arrest of two additional suspects involved in an armed robbery
at the Holiday Inn Express on August 30, 2025.

The following individuals were arrested and are being held at the Boone County Jail
pending preliminary charges:
