The Wesley Manor Retirement Center Memory Care Support Group continues this afternoon, Tuesday, Aug. 27 and every fourth Tuesday of the month throughout the year to bring families experiencing the impact of loved ones in memory care together.
The support group will be held today, Aug. 27 from 1 p.m. to 3 p.m. at The Gathering Place at Wesley Manor at 1555 N. Main St. in Frankfort. Dementia Specialist Angie Pitzer launched the group to bring those in the community experiencing situations with memory care together every fourth Tuesday of the month.
“If you or a loved one has been affected by Alzheimer’s or Dementia, please know that you are not alone,” Wesley Manor released. “Join us in this memory care support group that provides a safe place to talk and cope with the mountain of feelings this can bring.”
