The Western Boone Stars defeated Benton Central 3-0 to win Sectional 37 of the 2024 IHSAA Volleyball State Tournament.
The Stars swept Benton Central 25-4, 25-12, 25-10, the Stars improved to 22-5 with the victory.
The stars took down North Montgomery 3-0 in the semifinal to make it to the championship. In their last seven matches, the Stars are 6-1 and have won 19 sets and dropped just three.
Western Boone advances to the Regional Championship to take on Muncie Burris at Elwood High School. The match is set for Saturday, Oct. 26 at 4 p.m.
