Whitestown Farmers Market Canceled For Tonight, July 11; Markets Continue Thursday, July 18

The Whitestown Farmers Market has been canceled tonight, July 11 due to the weather events from Hurricane Beryl where some severe thunderstorms may sweep into the Whitestown area.

The Whitestown Parks and Recreation Department has announced that the schedule of the farmers markets will continue Thursday, July 18 where the food drive will also be held.

The Whitestown Farmers Market, presented by Centier Bank, kicked off on June 13 from 5 p.m. to 8 p.m. at Main Street Park at 4286 S. Main St. in Whitestown with a variety of local products and food for visitors to select, and the market continues Thursday, July 18. Every market held throughout the summer will feature live music and access to the park’s amenities. Themed nights will be announced for different markets as the dates draw closer.

“The Whitestown Farmers Market is delighted to serve Whitestown residents and guests and surrounding counties,” the organizers released. “Each vendor is carefully screened to ensure that the highest quality locally produced products are supplied.”

The Whitestown Farmers Market will continue every Thursday throughout the summer through Aug. 29.
