Witham Health Services is offering a CNA class. This new Nurse Aide Training Program provides Indiana State Department of Health (ISDH) approved caregiver training. Each participant will be required to complete a minimum of 30 hours of classroom education and 75 hours of supervised clinical training in Witham’s Extended Care Unit.
The 3 week and 2 day program will meet from 7:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., Monday through Friday, June 7-29, with an orientation date of Monday, May 24, from 8:30 a.m. to 11 a.m.. Attendance will be mandatory in order to meet the ISBH program requirements. Participants will be required to pass a criminal background check, 2 phase TB test, and mini physical prior to Orientation Day. Class size is limited to 6 participants.
