The Zionsville Police Department recently hosted its End of Year Celebration where officers came together alongside their families and friends to celebrate the holiday season and honor the achievements of fellow officers throughout the year.
During the celebration, the department presented awards to numerous members of the department for their service within the Zionsville community in 2025.
2025 Award Winners:
- Officer of the Year: Master Patrolman Joshua Rupp
- Chief’s Award of Excellence: Officer Mandie Beam
- Distinguished Service Award: Detective Peyton Stevenson
- Meritorious Service Award: Officers Mandie Beam, Austin Holtz and MP Joshua Rupp
- Letter of Commendation: Officer Tyler Decosse
The department further acknowledged the FTO unit for their dedication in training new recruits and the officers who qualified as experts with their pistols and rifles.
The department released that those that received the recognitions benefitted the community and the department drastically throughout the year, but the department continued to recognize that all of the officers at the department deserve recognition as well.
“While every member of our team has done an outstanding job serving the Town of Zionsville, a few went above and beyond, and we are proud to recognize their efforts,” the department released. “As we reflect on this past year, we look forward to continuing to serve this incredible community in 2025.”
