Erin Elaine Shinkle joined her Heavenly family and friends on August 11, 2023. She was born September 14, 1968 in Cincinnati, Ohio, the daughter of Janice (Begley) Martin and the late Wallce L. Shinkle.
Erin is survived by her children, Christopher Chupp, Anthony Chupp, Andrew Chupp, and Erica Chupp, (finance, Dylan Durnal) all of Lebanon; grandchildren, Jasmine Chupp and Hunter Chupp Ericson; mother and stepfather, Janice and Jesse Martin of Lebanon; siblings, Roxanne Davis (Dave) of Elkhart, Tim Shinkle (Evelyn) of Warsaw, Janelle Shinkle of North Carolina, Jessica Evans (Jeff) of Jamestown, and Chase Martin of Indianapolis; many aunts, uncles, nieces, and nephews. Erin is also survived by many loving and kind friends and fur babies, Daisy and Buddy.
She was preceded in death by her father, Wallace Shinkle; brother, Tommy Shinkle; sisters, Carolyn Shinkle and Tristy Martin; maternal grandparents, Hazel and Howard Begley; and paternal grandparents, William and Edith Shinkle.
Funeral services are planned for 11:00 a.m. on Tuesday, August 15, 2023, at Myers Mortuary. Visitation will be held from 9:00 a.m. until the time of services. Boone County Crematory has been entrusted with her cremation following services.
