2024 Ride Of Hope Speeds Off Through Howard & Carroll Counties Tomorrow, Aug. 24

The community has been invited to participate in the 2024 Ride of Hope speeding off tomorrow, Saturday, Aug. 24 with all motorcycles and Jeeps welcome to participate for the cause.

The event, organized by Harley-Davidson of Kokomo, kicks off in Kokomo with registration at Harley-Davidson of Kokomo from 10 a.m. to 11 a.m. Kickstands up is set for 11:15 a.m. with EMA escort with a lunch stop at Jefferson Street BBQ from 12:45 p.m. to 2 p.m. where sandwich and side will be provided by the restaurant.

Participants will also be treated to live music by Peaceful Kings before a dinner by Fire Pizza Flora. Fire Pizza stated that the entire back parking lot will be blocked off for attendees to enjoy the live music and dine on pizza and breadsticks. The bar will also be serving drinks in plastic cups to allow patrons to enjoy them outside.

“Enjoy yourself while also raising awareness and support for those struggling with substance abuse and addiction,” Fire Pizza released.

In order to prepare for the night, Fire Pizza stated that it will be closed for lunch on Saturday and will instead open at 3 p.m. in Flora.

Registration will be $30 for a ride and $10 per passenger, which includes brunch, a ride t-shirt, lunch, dinner and live music.
