Donavon Thorpe Stanger, 8 years old, passed away Christmas Day, December 25, 2023, at his home in Jamestown. He was born on April 24, 2015, in Indianapolis and became the son of Linda Gayle Thorpe–Stanger and Randy L. Stanger. He was a member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints in Lebanon.
Survivors include mother and father, Linda G. Thorpe-Stanger and Randy L. He was preceded in death by ten siblings, Christina M. Thorpe, T. J. Young, Timothy Blades, Jacqueline N. Thorpe, Jasmine N. Thorpe, Robert D. Becker, Aaron Thorpe, Edith Soto, Randy Thorpe, and Allonia McLaughlin.
Funeral Services are planned for 12:00 noon on Saturday, December 30, 2023, at The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, 2291 Witt Road, in Lebanon. Visitation will be held from 11:00 a.m. until the time of services. Interment will follow services at the Old Union Cemetery, rural Jamestown.
