A Frankfort Police Department officer has been recognized for completing his tenth year at the department.
K9 Officer Beau Smith was recognized for his continued dedication to the Frankfort Police Department and maintaining a safe atmosphere in the city of Frankfort after serving the community for a decade.
Chief Scott Shoemaker presented Smith with his 10-year anniversary pin on Monday as a sentiment of the department’s gratitude to his continued work for the community.
“Thank you for your dedicated service in serving our community,” the department released.
