Goodwin’s Tree Of Remembrance Service Comforts Families With Empty Place

The Christmas season can be especially difficult for families who are grieving the recent loss of a loved one. The empty place at family gatherings is often a painful reminder of the one who is no longer with us.

Goodwin Funeral Home and Archer-Weston Funeral and Cremation Center invite the entire community to join them for the 28th Annual Tree of Remembrance and Memorial Service.  The service will honor the lives of those lost during the past year.

Funeral Director Bill Miller reflects on the event: “We hope that this annual gathering brings comfort to grieving families, as we remember their loved ones.”

This special service will take place at 2pm at Goodwin Funeral Home, located at 200 South Main Street in Frankfort on Sunday, November 27th. Rev. Danny Lytle of Christian Life Church will offer words of hope, and each family will receive a gift in memory of their loved one.  Light refreshments will be available following the service.

Those planning to attend are encouraged to RSVP to (765) 654-5533 or (765) 659-3329.
