WLFI in Lafayette is reporting that a police chase and car crash have closed I-65 between Frankfort and Dayton early Thursday morning.
According to the report, the police chase started in Indianapolis and continued into Tippecanoe County until the suspect crashed into the northbound lanes neat the 164 mile marker. Drivers are being asked to avoid the area and traffic was backed up as of 7:30 a.m.
