Jeffery Oren Bybee, 61, of Frankfort, died June 19, 2024 at Methodist Hospital, Indianapolis, Ind. He was born July 24, 1962 in Frankfort, Ind. to James D. Bybee & Mary (Cunningham) Tague. He married Marsha McGill on March 9, 2011 after being together for 32 years. She preceded him in death on April 29, 2011.
Jeffery was a 1981 graduate of Clinton Central High School. He had worked as a mechanic. He enjoyed fishing, drag racing, camping, rock-n-roll and old country music.
He is survived by his son: Chad (Jacki) McGill of Sedalia, brothers: James Bybee of Lafayette, Gary Bybee of Frankfort, Mike (Christine) Bybee of Michigantown, Johnny Dieterly of Rensselaer, Jerry (Tina) Tague of Rossville, sisters: Kyrea McGill of Frankfort, Nichole (Gary) Black of Frankfort, 4grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his parents, spouse, step father, Jerry L. Tague and son, Casey Lee Bybee-McGill
