There is a company calling some Clinton County residents saying for 89-dollars, you can get a copy of your deed. Clinton County Recorder Beth Keeney says that’s pretty pricey and reminds you that any document filed or recorded by her office is only 1 dollar per page. She says the group sending the letter is not necessarily a scam, but not associated with her office. Phone 765-659-6320 if you have any additional questions.
