Sharon Marie Critser, 81, passed away Monday, October 2, 2023, at Signature Healthcare at Parkwood in Lebanon, Indiana. She was born on September 21, 1942, in Bexar County, Texas, the daughter of the late William Fredrick and Kathryn (Carney) Fries.
On February 22, 1969, she was united in marriage to William Cordell Critser in Indianapolis. He preceded her in death on May 24, 2016.
Sharon was a 1960 graduate of Broad Ripple High School and had attended Indiana University. She was a dedicated homemaker and wife. Sharon was a member of the Kingdom Hall of Jehovah Witnesses in Lebanon.
She enjoyed playing the piano, drawing, writing, and talking about the Bible.
Survivors include stepchildren, Deborah (Kam) Jordan of Otsego, Michigan, Frederick W. (Danette) Critser of Camby, Indiana, Molly Jones of Chicago, Illinois, and Glenna M. Critser of Jasper, Indiana; several step grandchildren, step great grandchildren, and step great-great grandchildren; and a brother, Thomas Carlton (Ann) Fries of Colorado.
A Memorial Talk will be given at the Kingdom Hall of Jehovah’s Witnesses, 1205 Ransdell Court, in Lebanon, Indiana, at 3:00 p.m. on Sunday, October 15, 2023.
